Tina (Art Therapy)

Tina has a Masters in Art Therapy from Lasalle College of the Arts as well as Degree in Communication Design. She provides individual and group art therapy as well as open art studio for children, youths and adults.

As a registered Art Therapist with the Australia and New Zealand Art Therapy Association, Tina upholds her professional practice and ensures the psycho-social needs of her clients are met.  She has worked as a Social Service Executive and Art Therapist in a residential children’s home, managing children and youth behavioural, ,social-emotional needs .

She also has experiences conducting individual and group art therapy for adults with depression and anxiety as well as those who are recovering from drug addiction.

Tina instills creativity to engage and help individuals to learn, grow, and cope with life, using various art media and approaches. She often utilizes non-verbal art therapy methods to give clients space to express and communicate through art when words are difficult to articulate one’s inner world.

Peter is an experienced entrepreneur and investor, corporate executive and executive coach. He has led various organisations as Director, CEO, COO, Finance manager to set up and expand into overseas markets, raise funds, identify new leaderships and targeting valued clients.

In his privileged capacity in the corporate world, he has also overseen and managed mergers and acquisitions, integration, downsizing, closure of businesses and retrenchment, both locally and overseas.

Passionate about nurturing the next generation of leadership, he is mentoring start-up companies as well as social enterprises at various stages of organisational life. He also holds a senior position in the Singapore Army to identify, nurture and train new leadership whilst instilling high level of discipline and ensuring operational readiness.

Peter has recently completed all the necessary certification required to be a professional coach and has been engaged in various organisations and by many individuals to offer coaching approaches.

Janet Sim

Paul Tan

Principal Consultant/Counseling Psychologist

BSc (Counselling), MSc (Counselling), Certified Prepare/Enrich Practitioner & T-JTA Practitioner.

Paul Tan is the Founder and Counselling Psychologist with P&J Consulting.

He has extensive experience in working with youth and married couples with mental health needs in various service settings. He is certified for Prepare/Enrich Accreditation, a psychometric instrument for couples and T-JTA trainer for couple’s personality profiling. For specific team dynamics, he conduct courses on anger managements, conflicts management.  For career counselling, he uses PEAKS as tools to guide individual into realizing their potentials. He also conducts mental wellness talks in school and religious settings.

He is also involved in as marriage counselor for couples who are preparing for marriage.  He is a member of  Association of Psychotherapy and Counsellors Singapore (APACS) & SIngapore Association for Counsellors (SAC).

Eugene Chong

Counselling Psychologist. BSc (Psych), MSc (Coun. Psych), MACA, MSPS, MAPACS (L4S), Certified MBTI/DISC facilitator, NLP Practitioner, Prepare/Enrich Seminar Director, T-JTA Trainer, Certified PwC Facilitator, CTRTC, SFBT/EMDR (L1) therapist, & Registered Supervisor (ACA & APACS).

Eugene is the Counseling Psychologist with Seeding Minds. He is also an adjunct lecturer at various schools which offer approved psychology and counseling training programmes, from Diploma to Masters levels.

He has extensive experience in working with youth with mental health needs in various service settings. During his career as psychologist, he worked in the National University Hospital (NUH) & Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH). He provides clinical counseling for patients with Schizophrenia, Depression & Anxiety disorders. Besides that, he also conducts an array of psychometric tests, ranging from Intelligence, Personality, Behavioural & Cognitive and areas of research in elderly. In addition, he also conducts workshop and support groups for patients with Schizophrenia, Depression and Anxiety. Eugene has acquired different advanced clinical skills and academic qualifications, and has an immense interest in hypnosis. His orientation in his therapeutic work mainly revolves around SFBT, CTRTC, EMDR and Erkisonian Hypnosis. He provides two certification courses for participants who are keen in personality and marital issues, as a seminar director for Prepare/Enrich Accreditation, a psychometric instrument for couples and T-JTA trainer for couple’s personality profiling. As for specific team dynamics, conflicts management, career counselling, he uses MBTI & DISC as tools to guide teams into resolution. He also conducts mental wellness talks in various organisations ie, corporate, education, and religious settings and is an associate consultant with Workplace Options and HMI Institute of Health Sciences.

Beside the clinical aspects, he is involved as one of the pioneers in the setup of the Hope counseling services under Hope Centre (Singapore) and currently oversees the counseling in Hope Church Singapore. In addition, he is also the founding member/committee member for the Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors Singapore (APACS) and the ex-committee member of Family Life First (FLF). He is a full member of the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS), International Member of Australia Counselling Association (ACA) & Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors Singapore (L4S), and a certified master practitioner psychotherapist & supervisor. He is also a registered supervisor with Australia Counselling Association (ACA) & Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors Singapore (L4S).

He is able to conduct therapy in English, Mandarin as well as Cantonese.

Jeslyn Lim (Counseling Psychologist)

Counseling Psychologist. Developmental Psychologist and Certified Hypnotist at Mind Culture. Trained in Applied Psychology and Organisational Psychology at an undergraduate level, Masters degree in Developmental Psychology, and subsequently in Doctorate programme.

She is a certified practitioner of Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) and a member of Association for IEMT Practitioner. Jeslyn is also a full member of Singapore Psychological Society (SPS), as well as a Board Committee Member in Association of Psychotherapy and Counsellors Singapore (APACS). With extensive experience working in the service and education sectors, she had attained vast opportunities to work with disadvantaged and disenfranchised children, youth, as well as adults (with specialty in the psychological dysfunction, intellectually disabled individuals and their families).

As a psychologist and a hypnotherapist, she took charge of clinical assessment and program, individual behavioural plan (IBP) development, clinical supervision and clinical meetings with parents. With experience in behavioural and language intervention (trained in ABLLS™‐R, ABA & VB techniques/ physiology) and along side with hypnotherapeutic work, she is National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) Certified with an Advanced Certification In 5-PATH®, as well as a 7th PATH Self-Hypnosis Teacher. ​Jeslyn work closely with clients in achieving individualised learning goals progressively. Apart from her work experience in the social service industry, Jeslyn also spent years in the private sectors in management level, ensuring employees’ well-being by performing conflict resolution, and providing counselling services. This further fortified her skills in dealing with clients regarding matters of safety, crisis, and restorative management. She developed therapeutic interventions to promote motivation and heighten work morale as well as work ethics. Additionally, Jeslyn is experienced in the medical sector as a senior surgical operating assisstant, dealing with patients and cases that included financial hardship, phobias, and socio-emotional needs.
